Terms and Conditions of Membership

The following Terms and Conditions of Membership apply where you purchase:

• any membership program, which includes the Termite Tutorials (“Membership Program“)

(collectively the “Programs“) supplied by Home Termite Control Pty Ltd ACN 146 018 135 (“Home Termite Control”)

These Terms and Conditions of Membership are in addition to the terms contained in the Website Terms and Conditions. The Website Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of Membership and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement (“Agreement“) between you and Home Termite Control in relation to this website, the Content and any purchase of Programs by you.

If you do not agree with the Website Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy or the Terms and Conditions of Membership, do not access or use this website.

1.    MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

 

1.1    An annual payment for the one-year Membership Program must be paid in full, and in accordance with clause 6 of the Website Terms and Conditions, before access to the Membership Program providing access to the Termite Tutorials can be granted by Home Termite Control. Thereafter you may elect to continue an annual subscription by re-registering.

1.2    All Membership Programs run for one year unless terminated early either by Home Termite Control or you.

1.3    If you choose to cancel your Membership Program within 12 months of commencing the Membership Program, or Home Termite Control decides to terminate your Membership Program due to your breach of the Agreement, you will not be refunded a percentage of the price of the Membership Program.

1.5    Any documentation accessed by you as part of the Membership Program may be downloaded onto a (one) computer for viewing but, in accordance with clause 3 of the Website Terms and Conditions, may not be copied.
